Zvartnots Cathedral

Zvartnots Cathedral, Yerevan, Armenia – 2016. Zvartnots Cathedral is a 7th-century cathedral built near what is now Yerevan in Armenia. The Cathedral was destroyed sometime near the end of the 10th century and its remains were uncovered at the start of the 20th century. The site was excavated between 1901 and 1907. The area includes the remains of a cathedral, a palace a winery and other buildings.
